Keep it in a Frame specializes in creating keepsake frames to
commemorate special occasions.
A keepsake frame is a collage of the items you supply
us with relating to the occasion or to the people involved
in the occasion.
All of our frames are handcrafted to order using solid
natural ash and good quality papers and card, particularly
textured hand made papers, and we are confident you will be
delighted with the result.

If
there is a preferred main colour you wish us to use,
please state this on the order form.
If no colour is stated, we will ensure the mount
and backing is coordinated with the items you send us. (When
making your colour choice, please state simply, blue,
red, pink etc and we will match this as close as
possible to the items enclosed in the frame).

List
all the items sent for inclusion in the frame on the
inventory sheet and sign it at the bottom.
This will also be signed by Keep it in a Frame
and a copy returned to you to confirm all items have
been received. We
can’t guarantee to use all of the items in the
collage, therefore any unused items will be returned to
you with the completed frame.

If
you are sending photos you wish to keep, please inform
us when you place your order.
Scanned copies can be included in the collage,
and the originals can be returned to you with the
completed frame.

Remember
to mark on the order form how you wish to receive your
proof for approval, and if you would like to collect
your frame from us, once it has been completed.
(If you are going to collect it, it is not
necessary to add postage charges to your order (see
below section on Postal Options)).

If
you have been given a discount code, write it on the
order form, and deduct the discount value from the price
you are going to pay.

you do not wish to use our PayPal shopping cart, please make cheques payable to Tina Allen.
Instructions for collecting keepsake items
If the occasion has already passed, you will need to search
your house/loft for items to include.
It is surprising the amount of things we keep for
their sentimental value, but up until now have not had any
real use for them. Anything
related to the occasion could potentially be included in a
frame, but try to keep them colour coordinated.
If the occasion is yet to happen, the following
information will give you an idea of the best items to
collect. Please
also bear in mind that the maximum size of the frame is 16 x
12 inches, and the depth of the frame is approx 1.25 inches.
When packing items to be posted, please try to keep them as
flat as possible, and protect any delicate items with tissue
paper or bubble wrap, and we will endeavor to do the same
when returning any unused items to you.

Please allow up to three weeks for the frame to be prepared.
We will then photograph the layout and send a proof
for your approval. Please
state on the order form how you wish to receive this proof
(by email or by post). Once we have received your signed approval, the frame will be
completed and despatched to you.
Postal Options
We are currently using Royal Mail Special Delivery
or Parcelforce 48 to ensure that your items arrive safely
with you. Both
of these methods require a signature on delivery, and the
items are insured for up to £150.00.
Postage costs are £15.00 for both sizes of frame.
If you would like to arrange to collect your finished
frame from us, please indicate on the order form, and there
will be no need to add the postage charges.
