Shipping

Our products can be delivered worldwide. All albums and crafts are packed with the utmost care and maximum padding to ensure they arrive in the condtion they leave us in. We use Royal Mail for all UK-domestic and international deliveries. For international deliveries Royal Mail will transfer items over to the local delivery agent in your country so will be delivered using a different carrier.

We currently offer a range of delivery services including Special Delivery Next Working Day,First Class Priority, Second Class, International (Standard).
Please remember that due to the nature of items being handmade to order, there will be some preparation time prior to items being shipped. This is usually 2-3 working days but may be up to 5 working days when high order volumes are received. We will always notify you when your order has been dispatched so that you have an idea of when you will receive your items.

Delivery times (Once Dispatched):
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Working Day - 1 working day, guaranteed, requires signature upon delivery.
Royal Mail 1st Class Priority - 1-4 working days. May also deliver on Saturdays but this is not guaranteed.
Royal Mail 2nd Class - 2-6 working days. May also deliver on Saturdays but this is not guaranteed.

Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to explain and we can provide full returns information in order for you to receive an exchange or refund.
Please note that unwanted personalised items may not be accepted for return for full refund since they are custom products. We will, however, make every effort to offer an amicable solution in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase. All postage costs must be met by the buyer and all new items must be sent back in an unused and unopened condition.
