Placing an order through our website, or by email or telephone, is deemed to constitute your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Making a Purchase
If you would like to place an order, please follow the instructions laid out on the How to Order page.

Prices
We reserve the right to increase the prices of our products periodically to reflect increased costs.

Payment
We are currently only able to accept payment by cheque or cash (although cash is sent by post at your own risk).
Please make cheques payable to Tina Allen.

Shipping and Handling
We are currently using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce 48 to ensure that your items arrive safely with you.  Both of these methods require a signature on delivery, and the items are insured for up to £150.00.

Postage costs are £15.00 for both sizes of frame.

If you would like to arrange to collect your finished frame from us, please indicate on the order form, and there will be no need to add the postage charges.

Delivery Schedule
Please allow up to three weeks for the frame to be prepared.  We will then photograph the layout and send a proof for your approval.  Please state on the order form how you wish to receive this proof.  Once we have received your signed approval, the frame will be completed and despatched to you.

Privacy Policy
We do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.  In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

We may email you in the future to update you on our special offers.  If you do not wish to receive such information, you can email us at any time, using the word “unsubscribe” in the message subject title, to be removed from our mailing list.

Guarantee
We will do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction.  Where we have made an error, we will work to rectify it to your satisfaction.

Safety
Some of our items are not suitable for handling by children under 3 years due to small parts that may cause a choking hazard.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.  Please note that your rights under this Directive are affected when purchasing personalised goods.

Please note, personalised items are non returnable.

Remittance Terms
We regret that we cannot fulfil any order before payment is received and the cheque has been cleared.

Intellectual Property Rights
You are permitted to print and download extracts from the website for your own private use only, subject to the following conditions:

No document or graphic shall be modified in any way.

No graphic on the website shall be used separately from its corresponding text. 

No part of the website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission.
